Refund policy

Returns Policy 

Within 24 hours of your order placement, your order will be either cut from stock fabric or for more specialist materials, fabrics will be purchased to fulfill the order. Cancellations will only be accepted within the first 24 hours of order placement were a full refund will be offered. 

For hygiene reasons products cannot be returned unless they are unworn with the tags and hygiene sticker intact and returned in the same condition they were shipped out.

Items must be received back to us posted within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items received after this date may be denied.

Any items that are made to an individuals special requirements will unfortunately not be covered under the standard returns policy.

If the item is faulty on receipt of delivery and has been reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order we can offer a repair, refund or replacement providing it is returned to us in its original state unworn and unused.
